Is Acceptance mindfulness?

 

Turns out it is one of the most important steps of leading us down a mindful path, 

Acceptance in essence is the collective state of opening up to the more difficult thoughts, feelings and action of coming to terms with past experiences, its accepting our surroundings or emotional wellbeing here and now, it does not mean however that you should choose to live blindly or stay in a situation that makes you feel uncomfortable, we are all creatures of habitat and moral principle is the base of our nature

The Laws Of Human Nature rather, is a life long practicum in the power of persuasion, it teaches us how to read others and understand their motives so that we may better influence in society as a whole, but what you do with that knowledge separately is entirely up to you,

First Law Of Nature

Self - Preservation, Every living thing will fight to survive; its natural to think of yourself first, perhaps In aspects that govern what we perceive to be the daily basis of our reality, but lets consider Super String Theory ( theory of quantum gravity)  that the universe exists in 10 dimensions, the fundamental forces of nature and the elementary particles, now, the 1st dimension is that which gives length ( the x-axis) or a straight line, the 2nd dimension ( y-axis ) gives you height,  a 2-dimensional shape like a square and the 3rd, depth ( the z-axis ) and gives all objects a sense of area  such as a cube( Length, Width, Depth, hence, volume )

With the 4th dimensions believed to be time, that which governs the properties of all matter at any given point and gravitation that binds together all masses; any substance that takes up space by having volume, can either gain energy by + absorbing light or loose energy by - emitting light. 

 

                            THE IMPORTANCE OF MINDFULNESS 

 If mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one's attention to  experiences when we're mindful we are living our life to its fullest potential, in addition studies have shown mindfulness and daily meditation can actually reduce cell damage, boost our immune system and not only increase our quality of life but lengthen it, while mindfulness does have a sense of metaphysics so it should, welcome to your vortex

    The Key to getting inside your vibrational Vortex of Creation; of experiencing the absolute absence of resistance; of achieving, complete alignment with all that you have become and all that you desire, and of bringing to your physical experience everything that you desire - is  being in the state of appreciation - and there is no more important object of attention to which you must flow your appreciation than  that of self.
